4.5.4- To preserve your engine life, avoid:
1. Fuel with no oil (raw gasoline): it will cause severe damage to the internal engine parts very
quickly.
2. Gasohol: it can cause deterioration of rubber and/or plastic parts and disruption of engine
lubrication.
3. Oil for 4-cycle engine use: it can cause spark plug fouling, exhaust port blocking, or piston ring
sticking.
4. Mixed fuels which have been left unused for a period of one month or more may clog the
carburetor and result in the engine failing to operate properly.
5. In the case of storing the product for a long period of time, clean the fuel tank after rendering it
empty. Next, activate the engine and empty the carburetor of the composite fuel.
6. In the case of scrapping the used mixed oil container, scrap it only at an authorized repository site.
4.6- Engine
4.6.1- Starting the engine
Place the blower base (20) on the ground (or a flat and solid surface).
1. Fill fuel and tighten the cap securely.
2. Fig.9: Place On/Off switch in the ON “I” position.
3. Fig.10 Press priming bulb (17) approx.10 times to pump the fuel into the carburetor.

4. Fig.11: Move the choke lever (21) to first position
.
The choke will close and the throttle lever will then be set in the starting position.
5. With one hand on the transport handle (13), securely hold the machine on the ground, with the
other hand pull the starter rope (14) slowly then vigorously.
Important: Always pull the starter rope slowly until you feel the initial resistance before you then pull
it quickly to start the engine. Do not allow the starter rope to whip back of its own accord.
6. When engine has ignited but stopped push the choke lever to the second position
and then pull
the starter again to start the engine.
After engine starts, wait for 10 sec, then move choke lever to third position
.
7. Allow the engine to warm up pulling on the throttle lever slightly.
Attention! When you attempt to start the machine for the first time or if the tank is completely empty,
you may have to pull the starter rope several times. If the engine fails to start, repeat above steps.
4.6.2- Stopping the engine
Emergency stopping procedure:
When it is necessary to stop blower engine immediately, press button (10) see Fig.9.
Normal operation stopping procedure
:
1. Release the throttle switch (8) to allow the engine to idle for a few minutes.
2. Set the ON/OFF switch to STOP or “0” position.
