Viewing the Calendar
4. To scroll to a time earlier or later than
the time range on the screen, first press
and then use
or
.
5. To stop scrolling, press
.
6. To view the calendar for the first day of
the week, press
twice.
To Use the Monthly View
1. If needed, select the Calendar icon
from the Home screen.
2. Press
until the monthly view appears.
The current date is in parentheses. Dates
with calendar events are shown in bold.
3. To go to the next or previous month,
use
or
.
4. Press
to highlight the first date in a
month that has calendar events.
5. Use
or
to highlight another date
with calendar events, if any. To undo
the highlight, press
.
6. Press
to view the daily calendar for
the highlighted date.
Using Reminder Alarms
Using REX TrueSync Information Man-
ager, you can set reminder alarms for
calendar events. Then, when you syn-
chronize your REX card, those re-
minder alarms are transferred to it.
When a reminder alarm sounds, press
any key to turn it off.
If you turn the alarm sound off at the
Preferences screen, reminder notices
appear on the screen instead of
alarms. When a reminder notice ap-
pears, press
or
to clear it.
If your REX card is turned on when a
reminder alarm sounds, reminder no-
tices appear only when the Home
screen is in view. If you are viewing an-
other screen, go to the Home screen to
read the reminder notice.
