4.5 Overview of the external terminals
The terminals permit the following functions:
External Power
terminal, supplys power to the RENA AF635
Plug&Print
terminal, for AF635 speed synchronization
(See Section 3.3..2 for location.)
1) Parallel connection to the PC
2) Serial connection to the PC
(See below and Section 3.3..3 for location.)
Multifunctional interface kit (option):
The following terminals are available with the addition of the op-
tional “multifunctional interface kit“ (Part # RO630.5.900):
Please contact your local Rena dealer to order and install this kit.
(a), (b), (c) For custom applications. May not be present.
(d) AF500 (RENA AF 500 feeder)
(e) 18F (FBM18 feeder)
(f) 2700 (Reliant 2700 Streamfeeder, FBM340 feeder)
Note:
These terminals provide start/stop control only.
They do not provide speed sychronization.
