JOINING TWO UNITS END TO END
NOTE:
Two PTO50s or a PTO50 and PTO30 can be assembled end to
end. You must purchase the two units individually.

Remove the large stand off on the end of the unit from both PTO50s
units - by removing 2 screws per side.

Line the two units up end to end. Screw fireboxes together (one from
each side).
5.
Reinstall burner trays.
6.
Install units together into framing (refer to framing section). Secure in
place with nailing strips.

Lift burner tray off-burner tube can remain in place.

Remove 22 screws (PTO50) or 9 screws (PTO30) in locations shown
below to remove burner tray (remove from both units).

Note:
To balance the flame, the PTO30 manifold pressure will
need to be adjusted to the following:
PTO30-NG Natural Gas - 1.6"WC
PTO30-LP Propane - 8"WC
Refer to "Valve Assembly Replacement" in the PTO30 manu-
al to access valve regulator.
