“МАСТЕРШЕФ” Function
Multicooker REDMOND RMC-M150 is equipped with a unique function called “МАСТЕРШЕФ”,
which makes the device even more versatile. While the program is in progress, cooking time
and temperature can be adjusted up to 10 times (except “ЭКСПРЕСС” and “ЙОГУРТ” programs).
Within 3 minutes after the cooking cycle is complete the entire sequence of the time and
temperature adjustments can be stored in the memory of the device. Use “МАСТЕРШЕФ”
function to create your own cooking programs.
Time adjustment range is from 1 minute to 15 hours in 1 minute intervals for all programs.
When the cooking time is set to 00 hours 00 minutes, depending on your settings the unit
either enters the “Keep Warm” or standby mode. Temperature adjustment range is from 35
to 180°C in 5°C intervals.
To adjust cooking time and temperature (create a new program):
1. Press “Меню” button repeatedly to select the cooking program (except “ЭКСПРЕСС” and
“ЙОГУРТ”). Press and hold down the “Старт/Автоподогрев” button. “Старт/Автоподогрев”
and “Отмена/Подогрев” button indicators light up. The cooking program begins.
2. In order to disable the “Keep Warm” function in advance, press and hold down the “Старт/
Автоподогрев” button (“Отмена/Подогрев” button indicator goes off). Repress the “Старт/
Автоподогрев” button to reactivate the function.
3. To adjust cooking time and temperature during cooking press and hold down the “От-
ложенный старт” button until an audible sound is heard.
4. Display shows the time, remaining until the end of the program, digits are blinking. Use
“+” button to increase and “—” button to decrease the time value. To switch from adjusting
hours to adjusting minutes or vice versa, press “Час/мин” button.
5. Press “Таймер/t°С” button to adjust the temperature. Display shows the temperature for
the next cooking stage, the digits are blinking. “МУЛЬТИПОВАР” default temperature is
the temperature which was previously entered, for the rest of the programs it is 100°C.
Use “+” button to increase and “—” button to decrease the temperature value.
6. In order to store the adjustments do not press any button for 10 seconds. Cooking process
will resume with new settings. Digits on the display stop flashing. Temperature setting
and the remaining cooking time are displayed in turns.
7. To make new time and temperature adjustments repeat steps 3–6. The program settings
can be adjusted up to 10 times during the cooking process.
To Store the Adjusted Program
The device can store the adjusted cooking program. When the cooking cycle is complete an
audible sound is heard. If during the cooking cycle the program has been adjusted, the timer
starts to count down from 3 minutes in 1-second increments. Press and hold down the «+»
and «–» buttons simultaneously before the countdown is complete. If you do not want the
device to store your adjustments, press “Отмена/Подогрев” button.
Depending on your settings the unit either enters the “Keep Warm” mode (“Отмена/Подогрев”
button indicator lights up, function count up is displayed) or the standby mode.
“Keep Warm” function in the adjusted program will be enabled/disabled depending on whether
it was enabled/disabled in the end of the cooking cycle. If the temperature in the end of the
cooking program was below 75°C, “Keep Warm” function will be automatically disabled next
time you use the program.
Using the Stored Program
1. Press “Меню” button repeatedly to select the adjusted cooking program. Instead of the
default time the device displays the «– – – –» symbol.
2. Delay the program if required.
3. Press and hold down the “Старт/Автоподогрев” button, “Старт/Автоподогрев” and “От-
мена/Подогрев” button indicators light up. Total cooking time is displayed, cooking
program begins, timer counts down the cooking time.
4. Press and hold down the “Старт/Автоподогрев” button to disable the “Keep Warm”
(“Отмена/Подогрев” button indicator goes off). Repress the “Старт/Автоподогрев” button
to reactivate the function.
5. During the cooking process the device by turns displays remaining cooking time and the
temperature selected. When the new cooking cycle (temperature mode) begins, an audible
sound is heard.
To Restore to Factory Settings
To delete the program and restore to factory settings, select the program by pressing the “Меню”
button repeatedly. Press and hold down the “Час/Мин” and “Отложенный старт” buttons
simultaneously until an audible sound is heard.
To restore all programs back to their factory settings, simultaneously press and hold down the
“Час/Мин” and “Отложенный старт” buttons in standby mode until an audible sound is heard.
Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs
1. Measure ingredients according to the recipe and place them inside the bowl. Make sure that
all ingredients including the liquids are below the scale mark indicating maximum capacity.
2. Place the bowl inside the device. The bowl must make full contact with the heating element.
3. Close the lid until it clicks into place. Plug in the unit.
4. Press “Меню” button repeatedly to select the cooking program required (corresponding program
indicator starts blinking). Use “+” and “–“ buttons to move through items in the menu.
5. Press “Таймер/t°С” button to set the cooking time. Default time of the program is
displayed. Adjust the time if required (see “To Set the Cooking Time”).
6. Delay the program if required (see “Time Delay Function”).
7. Press and hold down the “Старт/Автоподогрев” button. “Старт/Автоподогрев” and “От-
мена/Подогрев” button indicators light up. Cooking process begins; cooking time of the
program starts to count down.
8. When cooking time elapses the unit produces an audible sound. Depending on your
settings the device either enters the “Keep Warm” mode (function time starts to count
