Install the orifice fitting removed from the right tilt cylinder in step 5 into the right raise port of the machine’s
hydraulic valve.
15.
Install one end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-243) on the right raise port of the machine’s
hydraulic valve.
16.
Connect the other end of the installed hydraulic hose to Port RV of the AutoBoom valve.
Adjust the Boom Tilt Stops

Rotate the boom tilt stop repeatedly so that it moves outward (toward the boom tip).
Note:
Adjusting the boom tilt stops allows the machine’s booms to extend lower than the horizontal
position.
Install the Load Sense Hoses

Install the hydraulic fittings on the shuttle check valve (P/N 334-0003-016) as illustrated in the figure above.
