3.5 Clamps with target

The wheel aligner system RAV TD4400 is equipped with 4 universal clamps with 3 point
positioning; they
are patented and enable the installation of the target on the wheel in a
safe and quick way.
They are self-centring wheel clamps with 3 removable claws for 12" to 24" alloy or iron
rims, with manual approach and tyre locking device.
They are all equipped with “target”. The targets do not include any electronic components
to avoid any problems if the targets are dropped. Each target is recognised by means of a
bar code, thus allowing installation on any wheel.
A special wheel clamp/target self-calibration procedure makes any off-centring negligible
and makes it possible to avoid the off-centre procedure.
Note: If required, specific clamps are available for Mercedes pr BMW and Porsche vehicles.
