6. Manually close the bead breaking roller arm in work-
ing position. Carry out the bead breaking roller 180°
rotation again, according to
Fig. 24
indications. Then
approach the roll (

) pressing the
pushbutton (

).
USE VERY CAREFULLY THE VERTI-
CAL BEAD BREAKING ROLLER IN
ORDER TO AVOID POSSIBLE
HANDS CRUSHINGS.

7. Now rotate the wheel in clockwise sense (see

) pressing the pedal (

) and at the
same time activate the pushbutton (
Fig. 13 Pos. 4
),
keeping it pressed until the bead breaking roller is
inserted in the rim. Keep on with the wheel rotation
until the operation is completed (see
Fig. 31
).
THE BEADING DISC MUST EXERT
PRESSURE ON THE TYRE BEAD
BUT NEVER ON THE RIM.
WHILE THIS OPERATION IS BEING
CARRIED OUT PAY ATTENTION
NOT TO DEFORM THE TYRE SIDE.
GREASE THE BEAD BEFORE THE
ROLL RE-ENTERS.
USE ONLY TYRE LUBRICANTS. SUIT-
ABLE LUBRICANTS CONTAIN NO
WATER, HYDROCARBONS, OR SILI-
CON.
