Discharging residual material
Discharge the machine daily after use. This helps to prevent corrosion and clog-
ging and to maintain the properties of the fertiliser. You may reuse the fertiliser
afterwards.
7.6.1
Safety notes
Furthermore, the following requirements must be met:
The machine is parked on even, solid ground and is secured against tilting
and rolling away.
The machine is attached to the tractor during discharge of residual quantities.
Nobody is present in the hazard zone.
The TWS slide closes.
The auger conveyor continues to operate for
the preset time to prevent clogging.
The auger conveyor stops.

DANGER
Danger from running motor
Working on the load transfer vehicle while the engine is running
may result in serious injuries caused by mechanical components
and escaping fertiliser.
Never discharge residual quantities while the motor/univer-
sal drive shaft is running.
Turn the tractor motor off and remove the ignition key.
