Printing Jobs
7.8.1
Starting the Print Job
CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to moving parts!
The machine consists in part of accessible moving parts
which can cause minor hand injuries from crushing and
getting caught.
–
The machine is only allowed to be operated with
the protective hoods closed.
–
During the printing process and the manual
procedure for the build platform, no fingers or
hands are allowed to be inserted into the
machine build area.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury from UV radiation!
The printing process takes place under the influence of
UV radiation. UV radiation can cause eye and skin
damage in the case of very long and direct exposure, as
well as without the wearing of prescribed protective
equipment.
–
The machine is only allowed to be operated with
the protective hoods closed.
–
It is recommended to wear UV protective goggles
whenever working on the machine.
NOTE!
Wearing UV goggles protects the eyes from harmful UV
radiation. During work steps in which the exposure unit
is active, we always recommend wearing UV protection
goggles.
Proceed as follows to start your print job:
1.
Prerequisite: The machine has been prepared for printing.

Chapter 7.5
2.
Main menu: Press the
«
Select Job
»
button. The job selection
opens.
3.
Select your print job.
With automatic separation function enabled: The selected print
job is displayed with the switch button
«
Auto Part Separation
ON
»
. The print job is automatically separated after completion.
For short-term operation without automatic separation function:
Press the switch button
«
Auto Part Separation OFF
»
to disable
the separation function for the selected print job.
The ASM function can also be enabled/disabled during printing.
Take note the 100 mm maximum component height supported
by the ASM function.
4.
Press the
«
Start
»
button. The print job will now be started.
The print view is shown on the display.
