First 25 working hours then every 150 hrs
Hydraulic oil filter (A Fig.18)
If replacing the Oil filterwithout changing the
hydraulic oil it is neccesary to lower the oil tank to
prevent spillage.
1. Remove the screws that hold the tank to the
main frame, 2 screws are located on right,
underside of the tank, and 2 are
located on left hand side of main
frame. Carefully slide the tank out and
lower to the ground.
(Approx weight, full 14kg)
2. The filter cartridge should be removed and
discarded. Replace with a new one. Run the
machine and check level of oil in tank.
Weekly (Every 25 working hours)
Check tyre pressures:
Front and rear wheels.
The tyre pressures should be maintained at 1.0kg/
sq.cm (14 P.S.I.)
Battery
Check electrolyte level: Top up if necessary. To gain
access to the battery, release the securing screws
and pivot the cover to the side of the machine.
Belt Tensions
Check cutting cylinder drive belts, pump belt and
jackshaft belt tensions. (See 'Adjustments' for
correct procedure).
Hydraulic oil
Check hydraulic oil level in tank, top up if necessary
with Harvella 10W-30 multigrade oil to correct level
on tank.
