Turn-over the adjusting screws (1) located under the turnover
cylinders Position the screw heads and the lock nuts (2) over
the moulded cradle.
Loosen the lock nut before adjusting the screw length, then re-
tighten after adjustment.
IMPORTANT:
The inclination must be changed when the
ploughing depth is changed.
9.3.3
Tractor pressure control adjustment
Use the position control function or the pressure control function
with a minimum sensitivity setting (10% to 20%).
9.3.4
Offset adjustment (width of 1

furrow)
Final adjustment of the width of the 1
st
furrow is correctly made
once the machine is levelled (longitudinally and laterally).

body leaves a mound:

It is taking too much soil.

Increase its cutting width by reducing the stroke of the offset
cylinder.
IMPORTANT:
If the 1

plough body takes too much soil, a hollow

to cover the furrow. Return the mouldboard to a
normal working position.
IMPORTANT:
On sloping ground, a correction of the width of the
1st furrow may be necessary with each pass to
obtain uniform ploughing.

Principle
A hydraulic cylinder (4) connects the top of the headstock to the
FDUGDQMRLQWFRXSOLQJ$K\GUDXOLFDFFXPXODWRU¿WWHGZLWKD
manometer (3) and a valve (2) situated on the hydraulic cylinder-
to-tractor connection.
Adjustment
ʈ
Adjust the length of the top link so that the bottom of the yoke
is horizontal.
ʈ
Connect the hydraulic hose from the compensating cylinder to
the tractor.
ʈ
Open the valve (2) by 2 to 3 turns.
ʈ
Activate the hydraulic circuit and adjust to suit he working
FRQGLWLRQV7KLVDFWLRQVHUYHVWRUHOHDVHWKHH[FHVVORDG
acting on the pin (1). Turn the pin to check that you have
reached the ideal pressure.
ʈ
Close the valve (2) once the adjustment is completed.
CAUTION:
Set the pressure to 0 when unhitching the
LPSOHPHQWRU\RXPD\KDYHGLI¿FXOWLHVWRXQKLWFKLW
and risk dropping the yoke.
