= Value of bandwidth percent
--lock
= Specify the lock value
lock value
= Lock value: 1 for lock or 0 for unlock.
--enable
= Specify whether the virtual port is enabled

= Enable value: 1 for enable or 0 for disable
hba instance
= Adapter number (use

= World wide port name of the adapter
