Notifications
Alarm information
Alarm information is shown in the
‘Notifications’ screen and ‘Alarms’ tab
WARNING
Only qualified personnel are allowed to repair malfunctions of the palletising
installation.
WARNING
If necessary, provide additional protective equipment, such as safety glasses,
protective gloves or extra protective clothing

Each fault shows in the ‘ACTION’ column how the machine responds!

Command
Description
ABORT
Switching off the machine
Widely used for safety / hardware problems.
STOP
Machine will be stopped as soon as possible.
HOLD
Machine makes a controlled stop so that all modules can finish their operation. The
module that has a malfunction will be stopped immediately.
SUSPEND
Machine makes a controlled stop so that all modules can finish their operation. The
module that has a malfunction will be stopped immediately.
COMPLETE
Machine is being emptied. This will happen automatically.
Pallet is removed (complete or incomplete). No new products are allowed in.
MATERIAL
Machine has too little material and comes to a standstill immediately. The blue light will
blink to warn the operator.
REFERENCE
Machine will be stopped as soon as possible.
Referencing (homing) the machine is now only possible in manual mode
ALERT
The blue light will blink to warn the operator.
SHOW ONLY
Alarm is only shown on display
