Warnings information 

 

Warning 

information is shown in the ‘Notifications’ menu and ‘Warnings’ tab 

 

WARNING 

Only qualified personnel should remedy warnings on the palletising installation. 

 

WARNING 

If necessary, provide additional protective equipment, such as safety glasses, 
protective gloves or extra protective clothing

Each fault shows in the ‘ACTION’ column how the machine responds!  
See table below for more information! 
 

Command

 

Description 

SUSPEND 

Machine makes a controlled stop so that all modules can finish their operation. The 
module that has a malfunction will be stopped immediately. 

COMPLETE 

Machine is being emptied. This will happen automatically. 
Pallet is removed (complete or incomplete). No new products are allowed in.  

MATERIAL 

Machine has too little material and comes to a standstill immediately. The blue light will 
blink to warn the operator. 

REFERENCE 

Machine will be stopped as soon as possible. 
Referencing (homing) the machine is now only possible in manual mode 

ALERT 

The blue light will blink to warn the operator. 

SHOW ONLY 

Alarm is only shown on display
