Layer pusher formation
The layer pusher is used for sliding rows/layers from the formation deck to the next module/
machine part.
During receipt of a row and/or layer, the beams are used as the end position of the pattern-
formation conveyor.
Layer buffer
The layer buffer is added to receive layer or rows, to buffer and then (optionally) to square the
complete layer in preparation for layer processing.
Row/Layer is fed in via the roller conveyor and the row/layer is positioned on the roller
conveyor by means of an encoder.
When the (complete) layer is closed up, the layer can be transported to stacking plates by
means of the layer pusher of the layer processing.
