Under the
Cloud Connection
tab you will see basic monitoring information:
System Status:
This colour coded status will notify you if the system is healthy or if there is an issue.
Last Monitoring Pulse Sent:
This will detail when the matrix last 'phoned home'.
Installer ID:
Enter your Installer ID to link to the Pulse-Eight Monitoring Portal.
Note: If you do not know your Installer ID, please check your cloud monitoring portal or contact your
Pulse-Eight sales representative.
Connection Status:
This will detail if the matrix is connected to the Pulse-Eight Monitoring Portal.
Alexa:
This matrix can be controlled by Alexa voice control, set this up by clicking on the '
Setup Voice
Services
' button. See next section for further details.
