SPC2 Control mode-2
The digital outputs are activated as seen below, if set-
points are set up to Control mode-2 and their values are
entered in sequence.
Note: Non-used digital outputs can be
programmed freely. For example if SP5 is not
needed to control the process, it can be set up
to zero range to get an empty signal.
ZRI Zero range of the indicated weight
The digital output is activated if the absolute indicated
weight value is in the zero range. Refer to parameter
[366]
to enter the zero range value.
ZRG Zero range of the indicated weight
The digital output is activated if the gross weight value is
in the zero range. Refer to parameter
[366]
to enter the
zero range value.
Stable
The digital output is activated when the displayed weight value is stable.
Error
The digital output is activated when any Error is announced on the display.
FBUS Fieldbus controlled output
The digital output can be controlled from a PLC if the instrument is equipped with any fieldbus option. Refer to related
fieldbus command table to activate or deactivate the output.
Entry of the set-point values
1. Press the
<SETPT>
key.
2. The set-point 1 value appears on the display typically seen as
[SP 1 1250 kg]
.
3. Press the
<UP>
key to increase the value or press the
<DOWN>
key to decrease the blinking digit
and press the
<CHANGE>
key to select the digit to change. You can press the
<+/->
key to enter a
negative set-point value. Press the
<ENTER>
key to save the value and to go to the next set-point.
