Identification of the instructions for use
The version is indicated on the last page.
If modifications by the manufacturer should require a change, this will be indicated by the manufacturer
by a new version number.
Modifications of products
Product modifications may generally only be carried out with original parts from the manufacturer and
by authorized specialist personnel.
Subsequent changes to the instructions for use due to modifications must be inserted into the
instructions for use by the operator at the specified location.

Importance of the instructions for use
The instructions for use and the medical device booklet are part of the product you have purchased and
must be kept and maintained throughout its service life.
The instruction is to be passed on to each subsequent German-speaking owner or user. For subsequent
owners with other national languages, please ask for a separate operating manual.
The user must ensure that any supplement received is included in the instruction.
