The lat pull gallows can be used for exercises
with 'overhead level' without any problems.
Both a training of the 'Pull_Down' movement for
the stabilization of the shoulder blades (lat pull
rod art. 10120700) as well as various other
exercises (e.g. relief exercises) can be carried out
in a sitting or standing position.

Advice!
When training on the lat pulldown, make sure that only exercises with vertical pulling direction are
carried out. Exercises with a horizontal movement component should be avoided, otherwise the rope
may jump off the pulley and might break. In this case the replacement of the rope is not covered by
the warranty.
