Designing an Invoice Header

The 

Applications

Forum Hotel

Settings

 menu is where you define the 

height of the invoice header for printing out telephone invoices. This means 
you can use, e. g. the hotel stationery with the corresponding logo for these 
print-outs. In the

also enter a standard text which is printed on each invoice in the invoice 
header, e. g. the heading “Telephone Charges”.

apply text and graphic elements (e. g. a logo) to make your header more 
attractive. To do so, you have to enter the invoice header in HTML format. The 
graphics used in the invoice header have to be saved on the computer used for 
printing out.
