Installation procedure
•
The position of the cable / pipe bulkhead (on our products) should be
determined on site, taking the dimensions of the doubler plate into account
•
Drill a Ø 135 mm hole with a core drill (see Figure 1)
•
The doubler plates can be used as a marking template

Smooth the drilled hole with sandpaper (CAUTION: The edges are sharp)
•
Mark and drill Ø 3.5 x 35 mm pilot holes on site for fixing the doubler plates
(see Figure 2)

Position the doubler plates exactly over the Ø 135 mm hole, then fasten
them using the enclosed countersunk head screws after drilling the pilot
holes in the wall
•
The fixing holes in the doubler plate are offset, so that one plate can be
screwed to another if the plates are turned 180°
