Editing Gateway Properties

After making any changes, you must update the Gateway for changes to take
into effect.

Accessing the Gateway properties window

a. Click on

Gateway

in project tree and right-click and select

Edit

or click on

the

button.

Radio Tab

a. Allows adjusting of Tx power level and number of transmission retries.

Higher Tx level consumes more power.

Serial/RTU Port Tab

a. Allows configurations of Serial/RTU port.

b. RTU port can be set as a Modbus Master or Modbus Slave

c. Can be configured to RS232 or RS485

d. Use the appropriate port settings to match with connecting device
