Place the Baseplates in to the basket.
Set the distance between the inside of the Baseplates
according to your Recovery Track type:
TRED 800 = 235 mm
TRED 1100 / MAXTRAX MKII = 440 mm
Note the minimum distance required from the ends of
the Baseplates to the inner sides of the basket according
to your Recovery Track type to ensure your tracks will
fi
t:
TRED 800 = 55 mm Front, 45 mm Rear
TRED 1100 = 70 mm Front, 140 mm Rear
MAXTRAX MKII = 105 mm Front and Rear

Installation onto Cargo Basket
Position 2 x Clamp Plates underneath basket for
each Baseplate. Ensure the outer holes in the
Clamp Plates have at least 2 wire strips between
them, and that the outer holes align with the
outer Baseplate channels.

Attach Straps by hooking the metal webbing buckles from behind
through the side holes on the Baseplates.
Ensure that the buckles are sitting
fl
ush against the Baseplate as
pictured, that the Velcro section of the Adjuster Strap is facing
forward and that the Velcro section of the Fixed Strap is facing
backward.
Repeat steps for other Baseplate.
Recheck the measurement between the inside of the Baseplates
from step 1 and ensure center Baseplate channels align.
Tighten screws to 4 Nm with 6 mm Allen Key provided and 13 mm
Spanner / 13 mm Socket Wrench or a suitable Torque Wrench.

looped through mesh basket.
