What kind of hard drives can I use for a FastTrak S150 SX4-M array?
You can use any Serial ATA hard drive(s) to create arrays on the FastTrak
S150 SX4-M. Use matching drives for multiple-drive arrays to maximize
capacity usage as well as performance.
What kind of hard drives can I use for a FastTrak SX4030/SX4060 array?
You can use any Ultra ATA/100, or Ultra ATA/33/ hard drive(s) to create
arrays on the FastTrak SX4030/SX4060. Use matching drives for multiple-
drive arrays to maximize capacity usage as well as performance.
You can use Ultra ATA/133 drives but their data throughput will be at the
Ultra ATA/100 rate.
Will ACPI work with HDDs on the FastTrak SX4030, SX4060 and S150 SX4-
M?
Yes. The FastTrak Controller supports ACPI S1, S3 and S4 standby modes.
Can I use ATAPI devices on the FastTrak SX4030, SX4060 and S150 SX4-M?
No. This FastTrak Controller does not support ATAPI devices.
Will the FastTrak SX4030, SX4060 and S150 SX4-M work with 66MHz PCI
bus speed?
FastTrak SX4060 and S150 SX4-M work with a 66MHz or 33MHz PCI bus.
FastTrak SX4030 works with a 33MHz PCI bus only.
