Make sure that the setting arrow,
the scale mark on the additional
label on the guide rail and the
scale mark of the switchpoint
adjustment scale are in align-
ment. (Fig. 32)

To obtain the greatest reading
accuracy, read-off straight-on.
The read-off value can be falsi-
fied by viewing at an angle from
above or below (parallax error).
