7.9 Using the spatula
The spatula is used to stir ingredients and to remove the cooking pot.
Caution!
– The spatula may not be used while the mixer attachment is in
use because the spatula could become jammed in the
attachment.
– Don’t use any other kitchen tools to stir your ingredients. They
could get into the blades and cause injuries or damage.
– The spatula is so constructed that it does not come into contact
with the blade assembly even when the blades are rotating.
– Always stir in a clockwise direction.
The spatula is designed so that if you stir clockwise, it cannot
come into contact with the blade assembly even if the assembly
is rotating.
You can use the hook on the back of the spatula to lift out the hot
cooking pot without having to actually touch it.
