Install the power supply board: (See Figure 6–2.)
a.
Make sure the CT/IGP–2X0 power cable runs between the heat
sinks and transformers as you slide the power supply board into
position.
b. Connect the CT/IGP–2X0 power cable connector to the power
supply board.
c.
Slide the power supply board down into the card cage and
connect the Power Supply Cable P1.

Attach the interconnect cable to connector J60 on the IGP board.
6.
Route the ribbon cable from the printer control panel around the ferrite
core, through the front of the card cage, and along the card cage floor to
the IGP board. Route the IGP control panel cable out of the opening at
the rear of the card cage.
7.
Slide the IGP board half way down the rear–most card slot in the card
cage:
a.
Loop the printer multi–I/O ribbon cable over the top of the IGP
board, and
b. connect the multi–I/O cable connector to connector J61 on the
IGP board.
CAUTION
In the next step, make sure the cables under the IGP board are not
pinched or crushed.
8.
Slide the IGP board down into the card cage and seat the board in the
CT/IGP–2X0 power connector on the bottom of the card cage.
9.
Holding the control panel ribbon cable and the multi–I/O cable out of
the way, install the common controller board in its slot in the card cage.
10. Connect the printer control panel cable to connector J3 on the common
controller board.
11. Install the mechanism driver board:
a.
Connect the CCB/Mech. Driver interconnect cable.
b. Connect the CT/IGP–2X0 power cable to the mechanism driver
board.
