Active high signal indicates that the interface is ready to be placed online, should be sent during

normal operation, and reset during check conditions.

IBSYRST - Interrupt Busy Reset

When set, the IBSYRST signal enables the ICBUSY (BUSY at the interface) to be set by the interĆ

rupt caused by the DMA or a match character. The signal must be reset for at least 25 ns to clear the

ICBUSY signal to the host and reset the flip flop.

OPS - Output Polarity Select

When reset, this signal sets the control lines to the host in the normally expected condition, as deĆ

scribed in 900197. If set, the OPS signal inverts the output control signals, IDRQ, IRDY and IONĆ

LINE.

FBSYEN - Fast Busy Enable

04015EFBSYEN SET

When set, the FBSYEN signal causes the assertion of ICBUSY (BUSY) upon the reception of

each character. The fast busy is reset by the hardware upon the completion of the data transfer into

memory.
