• Insert four small spacers into the holes around one of
front lights.
• Fit a light guard onto the four small spacers.
• Insert four #6 x 1

" screws through the light guard,
spacers and into the vehicle body.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not
over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other four small
spacers and light guard to the other side of the front end
of the vehicle.
• Before applying labels to the front end of the vehicle
body, wipe the vehicle body sides with a clean, dry cloth
to make sure it is free of dirt and oils. Make sure your
hands are clean and dry.
• Apply the labels as shown to the vehicle. For best
results, avoid repositioning a label once it has been
applied.

• Insert a KC™ light back peg through the back of one of
the two holes in the brush guard.
• Fit the KC™ light front to the KC™ light back.
• Insert a #8 x

" screw through the KC™ light back and
into the KC™ light front. Tighten the screw with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining KC™
light back and front to the other area on the brush guard.

• While lifting the front end of the vehicle, fit the “T” end of
the brush guard up into the slot underneath the vehicle.
• Pull the brush guard down, so that the “T” end rests in
the groove underneath the vehicle.
• Lower the front end of the vehicle.
