• Turn the vehicle body on its side, so the that the wheel
wells are facing up.
• Fit the tab on one of the front fenders into the slot in the
footboard. Position the front fender in place around the
front wheel well.
• Place a washer on four #8 x
3
/
4
" screws. Insert the four
#8 x
3
/
4
" screws with washers through the vehicle body
and into the front fender.
• Using a
short shafted Phillips screwdriver
, tighten the
screws. Do not over-tighten.
Hint:
You may need to pull the wheel well out to fasten the
screws with the screwdriver.
• Before applying labels to the side of the vehicle body,
wipe the vehicle body sides with a clean, dry cloth to
make sure it is free of dirt and oils. Make sure your
hands are clean and dry.
• Apply the labels, as shown, to both sides of the vehicle.
For best results, avoid repositioning a label once it has
been applied.
• Fit the tab on one of the rear fenders into the slot in the
footboard. Position the rear fender in place around the
rear wheel well.
• Place a washer on four #8 x
3
/
4
" screws. Insert the four
#8 x
3
/
4
" screws with washers through the vehicle body
and into the rear fender.
• Using a
short shafted Phillips screwdriver
, tighten the
screws. Do not over-tighten.
• Turn the vehicle so that the other side of the vehicle
faces up. Repeat Assembly steps 33 - 35 to assemble
the other front and rear fenders.
Hint:
You may need to pull the wheel well out to fasten the
screws with the screwdriver.
• Insert a KC™ light back peg through the back of one of
the four holes in the top of the roll bar.
• Fit the KC™ light front to the KC™ light back.
• Insert a #8 x
3
/
4
" screw through the KC™ light back and
into the KC™ light front. Tighten the screw with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble KC™ light backs and
fronts to the three other areas on the roll bar.
