Ensure a minimum 2” space exists between the gate
and the gate operator for safety reasons. If the proper
clearance cannot be achieved, you may need to move
the post mount bracket assembly slightly to the right or
left to obtain the proper clearances.
NOTE: Ensure the gate operator and the pivot bracket
does not bind in the gate-open and gate-closed positions.
Mounting the Control Box
Step 5
Mount the control box as illustrated.
NOTE: Ensure the control box is mounted to a secure
surface and at least three feet above the ground to
protect it from rain, snow, and other conditions.
Mounting of Secondary Operator
If mounting two operator arms on a dual gate, repeat
steps 1 – 4 for the secondary operator arm.
