I. Hardware Installation
Once all components are unpacked and the recommended connections and
environment are available, you are ready to start setting up your TriFIT 620.
Step 1
Plug the Male end of the db-9 cable into the connector labeled “PC Comm” on
the back of the TriFIT 620 unit.
Step 2
Plug the Female end of the db-9 cable into an available 9-pin serial port of your
computer (Com 1 or Com 2). If using the TriFIT cart upgrade, this cable routes
out the side of the cart-see cart setup.
You can use a laptop or desktop PC.
