• Insert the filter cartridges and seal them properly with
rubber ring, metal washer and nut. Cartridges normally
already installed.
• Position the cartridge lids and close them with the knobs.
Note: make sure that the front of the cartridge aligns with
the filter housing so that the lid closes well. If this is not the
case, it means that the filter cartridge has not been
positioned correctly. This may cause leakage, less efficient
operation of the filter and, in combination with the Shield,
false fire alarm.
compressed air
Maximum compressed air line pressure is 130 psi/sq.in.
or 10 Bar. The filter regulator setting should be
50-65 psi/sq.in. or 4-5 Bar.
