To export log files: 

Step 1.

 

Prepare an USB drive with FAT32 format and at least 2GB capacity available.

Step 2.

 

Create a new folder named “PlexbioUpdate”. 

Step 3.

 

Insert the USB drive into the USB port below the touch screen. 

Step 4.

 

Pull out the menu and select Log Status.
