4.10.12. TV System Editor
The IT-088 offers the capability to download a predefined TV channel allocation system
on the Analyzer using a PC. To preview, edit and download the system table on to the
Analyzer, use
«TV system editor»
window, which is accessible via
«TV systems»
command in
«Analyzer»
submenu of the main program menu. The view of the window is
shown in figure 4.51.
When the window opens, it displays the currently installed system. The top line
indicates the TV system name, the second one shows the audio carrier shift of the system.
Below you will see the table of all the parameters of the TV system (video carrier
frequency
«F signal, MHz»
,
«Bandwidth, MHz»
and
«Name»
).
To navigate in the table, use
scroll buttons,
PageUp
,
PageDown
and
arrows of the keyboard. Use and buttons to delete or add a channel into the list. To
edit the channel parameters, make a double mouse click on the required channel. In
«Channel properties»
dialog set the desired parameters and click
«OK»
.
To create a new TV channel allocation system, click
«Create new empty TV
system»
. When the new system appears, you can add the required number of channels
with the required parameters, and define the general parameters for the entire system.
To save a TV system into a file, use
«Save TV system in file»
command. The
standard dialog box for file saving will open. Set the file name and its location. Click
«OK»
to confirm saving.
To open a TV system from a file, click
«Open»
. In the standard dialog box select a
previously saved TV system file. Then click
«OK»
, and the system will be opened.
To upload a new TV system onto the Analyzer, and to open the currently installed TV
system from the Analyzer, use
«Save to Analyzer»
and
«Open from Analyzer»
buttons.
To view and print out the report on a TV system, click
«View and print report»
. The
preview window will appear on the screen. In this window you can view, add text
comments, and print out the report (section 4.10.13).
