Meaning and Action

CHECK SHEET

Sheet feeder A2 is empty, has failed to feed or a there is a material

FEEDER A2

stoppage in this area. Check that there are sheets loaded. If not,
reload and restart. If there are sheets, remove the paper in sheet
feeder A2, reload and restart.

CHECK SHEET

The machine has detected a material stoppage between sheet

FEEDER A2

feeder A2 and the area beneath cover D. Open the front cover D
and remove all material inside. Close front cover D. Remove

LIFT COVER D

material from sheet feeder A2. Reload and restart.

REMOVE ALL

CLEAR

The Manual Feeder M was blocked prior to powering the

machine up or starting it. Check that there’s no material in the
feeder. If there is, remove the material and restart.

CLEAR

Check for a stoppage in the stacker area. Check that the stacker

DOUBLE FEED

The machine has detected a double feed from sheet feeder

CHECK FDR A1

A1. Remove the paper in sheet feeder A1, taking care to remove
any partially fed sheets. Reload and restart.

DOUBLE FEED

The machine has detected a double feed from sheet feeder

CHECK FDR A2

A2. Remove the paper in sheet feeder A2, taking care to remove
any partially fed sheets. Reload and restart.

FOLD ONLY

Fold only has been selected but no sheets, either from feeder A1

REQUIRES

or A2 (if fitted) have been selected. In this state the indicator
for sheet feeder A1 will be red. Press the sheet feeder selection

button until the required feeder is selected.

INSERT

The machine has detected a double feed from the insert feeder.

DOUBLE FEED

Lift cover D and remove material. Reload inserts and restart
