Checking Your Account Balance in the
Postage By Phone
®
System
You can check your Postage By Phone
®
system account balance at any
time.
1. Connect your
mailstation™
meter to an analog phone line.
2. Press
Funds
. The amount left in the
mailstation™
meter displays.
3. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Check amt available to download?"
and press
Enter/yes.
4. The
mailstation™
meter dials into the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
When connected, the amount in your Postage By Phone
®
(PbP)
system account displays.
Prepaid
- amount you have left of those funds you paid for in
advance (by sending in a check, direct withdrawal, etc.).
Other
- amount you have left of those funds you established as
credit with Pitney Bowes (such as Purchase Power
®
, etc.). NOTE: If
you have purchased your postage by credit card, both lines (Prepaid
and Other) will be "zero."
5. Press
Clear/Back
to return to the main screen.
