Service
- If the power supply shut down due to high temperature, allow time for the power supply
to cool down, and try starting power supply. The temperature switch has an automatic
reset.
.. Over Volt Trip.
- Loose connections between the output transformer and the coil.
.. Under Volt Trip.
- Check for a short circuit in the cable running to the coil.
- Excessive coil loading. Too many bottles under the coil at once.
.. Current Trip.
- Loose connections between the output transformer and the coil.

.. Impedance Low indication or insufficient sealing.
- (Note: It is normal for the Low Impedance lamp to be lit when the power supply is in
Stop mode. It should go out when the
Start
button is pressed.)
.. Impedance High indication.
- There is a problem in the power supply. Contact Pillar Service.
.. High Temp.
- Check to see if ambient temperature around cabinet is 40
o
C (105
o
) or less.
- Ensure that one foot of free space surrounds the cabinet sides, and top.
- If problem persists contact Pillar Service.
.. Alarm Fault.
- Indicates that the output power level has dropped below the alarm setting. Check alarm
level setting. This setting must be below the actual output power level during normal
operation.
- Indicates a potential problem in the inverter. Contact Pillar Service.
.. Stalled Bottle Fault.
- Used with optional stalled bottle / missing foil detector circuit. Indicates a bottle has
stalled at the sealing coil.

Remove fault. Restart system.
