Power Management IC (U2)

The phyCORE-i.MX7 provides an on-board Power Management IC (PMIC), NXP PF3000, at position U2 to generate the
voltages required by the processor and on-board components.

Figure 6

presents a graphical depiction of the SOM powering scheme.
