Batteries
One 12v battery
is fitted inside a battery box on the RH side of
the machine, in front of the diesel fuel tank, with a positive
terminal isolator switch (removable key type).
IMPORTANT
Turn OFF & remove key from Battery Isolator
Isolate the battery when leaving the machine
overnight or for longer periods, as the engine
management will continue to drain battery power
when the ignition is off.
IMPORTANT - Starter Failure
Because of the transmission system employed on
this vehicle
tow starting must not be
employed
in the event of battery failure. Attempting to tow
start or roll start the vehicle can result in
serious damage to the hydrostatic components.
The machine has a 12vdc negative earth
electrical circuit with one battery. It must only
be ‘jump’ started from another 12vdc battery
supply connected onto the machine’s battery.
Running-In
During the first 50 hours of operation, do not allow the engine to
run above idle without load on the engine.
Further information on the engine operation, servicing and
maintenance read the engine manual.
