upon

Parts

 

found

 

to

 

be

 

defective

 

shall

 

be

 

replaced

 

or

 

repaired

 

at

II’s

 

sole

 

discretion.

 

Products

 

found

 

by

be

 

misused,

 

abused

 

or

 

neglected

 

are

 

not

 

covered

 

under

cables

 

and

such

have

 

a

day

 

warranty

date

 

of

warranty

exclusive

in

 

lieu

authorization

 

prior

 

to

 

return.

acceptable

reason

 

including

 

application

 

issues

 

and

 

demonstrations,

 

authorization

return

 

must

 

be

 

obtained

receipt
