Memory problems
A warning message about “Running out of memory” pops up on the screen.
•Click OK to confirm the message.
•Use the Running Programs utility to stop all unnecessary applications.
•Use the Remove Programs utility to uninstall any non-critical applications.
•Archive your files and data onto a PC or mini-SD card.
•Whenever possible, install software on a mini-SD card, and store documents, music and
other data on a mini-SD card rather than in the device’s main storage.
Media Player problems
Windows Media Player cannot find my music or videos.
•Confirm that Windows Media Player is looking at the right storage location. For
example, if your files are on a storage card, in Windows Media Player tap Menu >
Library , then tap Menu > Library again in the Library view and choose Storage Card .
What type of files does Windows Media Player support
?
•Video formats supported: *.3gp, *.mp4, *.wmv, *.asf.
•Audio formats supported: *.amr, *.xmf, *.wav, *.wma, *.mp3.
