•Transfer only one file, or no more than 25 contact cards, at a time.
•Adjust the room lighting. Some types of light interfere with IR connections. Try moving to a

different location or turning off some lights. Do not try to use infrared beaming in the sunlight.

I cannot end a Bluetooth connection.

•Please refer to Ch.8.4 for instructions on deactivating a Bluetooth connection.

I cannot find a Bluetooth device.

•Check that both devices are compatible and have activated Bluetooth connectivity.
•Make sure both devices are within 10 meters of each other, and there are no obstructions.
•Make sure the other device is set to be “Discoverable” mode.

Operating problems

My device is running slowly.

•You may have several applications running at once. To free up memory and processor load,

close any unnecessary running programs. Tap

Start > Settings > System tab > Memory >
