•Tap the speaker icon on the top right of the screen or push the volume control key on the
side of the device to adjust the volume.
What audio formats can I use as ring tones?
•Your device supports *.wav, *wma, *.mid, *.mp3 audio files as ring tones.
My plugged-in headset doesn’t work.
•Make sure the socket is clean and free from foreign particles.
•Remove and re-insert the headset plug .
•Make sure the headset used is the one supplied with the device. Not all third-party
headsets will work, even if their physical dimensions are correct.
Connection & Bluetooth problems
I cannot connect to the internet; Web surfing doesn’t work.
• Check that you have valid Internet connection settings and that your wireless carrier and
plan support web data.
• Check for a reasonable the phone signal.
• Verify with your wireless carrier that your APN user name and password are correct.
I cannot use Infrared (IR) to transfer information.
• Align the infrared port on your device with the sending/receiving infrared port so that
they are unobstructed and within close range.
