Rule
If the end of the thread guard

is positioned

behind the centre of the lug on the
bobbin case position finger

there should also be a clearance of
2 mm
between the tip
of the thread catcher

and the centre of the lug.

Move the needle bar to b.d.c.
●
Manually press the roller lever

onto the control cam

and turn the handwheel until
there is a clearance of
2 mm
between the end of the thread guard

and the middle of
the lug on the bobbin case position finger

If required, turn the control cam
