5.1.4.2 Batteries in the equipment
The System contains lithium ion batteries, and to transport the lithium ion batteries
internationally it must comply with the following regulations:
1. Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) code International Air Transport Association
2. International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) code by International Maritime
Organization
3. Technical Instruction Code for safe transportation of dangerous goods by air (TI), by
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)

38.3 by IATA in detail.
5.1.4.3 Storing the product
The Technical Cabinet is designed to withstand most weather conditions for a limited amount
of time. Prolonged exposure to extreme conditions could however affect the lifetime of the
equipment negatively. It is recommended that the System is stored protected from the extreme
environmental conditions and be kept at nominal temperature ratings as described in 3.4.1.
To store the product safely:
1. Make sure the storing place is dry and the temperature and humidity is within the range
as defined in product specification, section 3.4.1.
2. The Technical Cabinet is only to be used by skilled professionals; therefore it should
not be kept within the reach of children.
3. Do not store near the source of heat and in high temperature environments.
4. Do not store the equipment exposed to rain, snow or in direct sunlight.
5. Do not stack other goods on top of the equipment.
Maximum stacking height during storage in factory new cardboard boxes are four units on a
pallet with sufficient securing.
Maximum stacking height during storage of the Technical Cabinet without cardboard box is
three units provided they are stored at floor level. Use protective sheets between the units to
prevent scratching the paint on the door.
