The values are given by way of illustration and may be changed by the baker where necessary.
• Baking cycle:
As soon as your oven is preheated you can start loading your products. We
recommend you to proceed as follows:
a-
Press the steam injection button for the required decks (max. 1 second).
b- Load the products into the oven.
c-
Reinject steam according to your requirements (max. 1 second).
d- Product baking.
e- Open the damper.
f-
Remove the products from the oven.
4.3 After a baking cycle
To stop the oven press button 1.

ensure normal hygiene and performance.
