3.2 Commissioning
Prior to using the oven, please refer to section 4.
Use and operating instructions.
Before using the oven for the first time, it is essential to dry the baking
chamber hearth stones. To do this, proceed in the following order:
Put all the glazed oven doors into the ajar position: the door handles must
be in the central position, to the left.
Start the oven with button 1 (keep it pressed for about 3 seconds).
Set the temperature to 100°C by pressing button 2 and then button 3 or 4
until a value of 100°C is reached.
Increase the temperature of the decks in steps of 50°C every 2 hours up
to 250°C.
Wait for 2 hours at 250°C.
The oven is now ready for operation.
