Start-up

a-

Ensure that the oven doors and the steam dampers are properly shut.

b-

Set the disconnector normally provided on your installation to the “mains
on” position.

c-

Keep the start button pressed for 3 seconds.

d-

Set the desired temperature value (button 2 and then button 3 or 4).

e-

Your oven is pre-heating.

If the oven is not running as described please contact our after sales service
or the authorised dealer’s service.

Nevertheless, section 6 “Malfunctions“ contains help for troubleshooting. To
stop the oven, refer to section 4.3. After a baking cycle.
